Integrating VoIP with Zoho

Zoho has an excellent suite of products already.
Now, the one thing that ZohoCRM lacks is the ability to integrate VoIP into it. All the calls into and out of ZohoCRM should be through the VoIP system. This will enable to keep track of all the information into the system and will do away the pesky human mistake oriented entries entirely.
This is a value add as the organization does not need to do a voice to text conversion and put entries into the system. Now with ZohoChat integrated into the system, I think it should be fairly achievable to integrate VoIP into ZohoCRM. ZohoChat stores voice too so it will handle the main issue of not downloading any plugin.
This e-records could be used for searching too.
Zoho will do well to address this by my mind.
